We do not accept any returns or offer refunds on natural living products like flowers and plants. All living products acquired by our purchasers are of high quality and are conditioned or cared for by our in store experts. This ensures a quality product for every customer. Please follow the care instructions supplied with your flowers for the best chance of longevity. Violets and Vases is not responsible for damage to flowers or plants due to customer care.

Plants are living things and have natural variations in size, colour and growth habit. Variations to healthy plants are normal.

HOMEWARES, GIFTWARE ETC:

Change of mind returns are not available. If your item is damaged please contact the store within a week of purchase to discuss and ensure you have proof of purchase. Products need to be in the same saleable condition as when purchased.
