Absolutely. Choose Pick-Up at checkout and we’ll have your flowers ready at 10498 New England Highway, Highfields. Please bring your order confirmation.

Running late or have kiddies in the car? Give us a call and we can deliver your flowers to your vehicle between 10-2.

Flowers are seasonal treasures!

We design in the same colour palette and style you choose, using the freshest blooms available. If a specific stem is unavailable, we’ll substitute with something equally gorgeous of equal or higher value.

Yes! Use the “Notes” box at checkout (e.g., “soft pinks, cottage-core”); for must-have stems, call us to confirm availability.

Standard deliveries run Mon 8 am - 3pm, Tues - Fri 8am - 5:30pm and Sat, 9am–3pm. For timed deliveries, contact us—fees may apply for short notice.

We’ll leave flowers in a safe, shaded spot with a photo of proof where possible. If access is restricted (gated/units/dogs present), a redelivery fee may apply.

Trim stems on an angle, use clean water & keep your flowers away from heat/direct sun. Wash your vase with soap and replace water every 2-3 days, give your flowers a fresh cut on a 45-degree angle. Remove fading blooms promptly.

Once you have received your hat-box, peek around in the back, you shluld be able to see the base. Add water to the base eveyr 2-3 days. This will help keep your blooms lasting longer!

Thankfully, you can never go wrong with flowers! If you're tossing up between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best impact. The size of your flowers is completely dependant on you, the recipient, your budget and the occasion! Give us a call if you would like some further advice.
